1. Do you offer a warranty with your work?

Manufacturers’ warranties and workmanship warranties are provided for most products and services. These may vary from project to project.

2. Are you insured?

We’re not only insured, but we’re also licensed with the state of PA. Liability insurance is our way of protecting you and your property should an incident occur during your project. Our contractors will treat your property with the utmost respect, but we do carry this coverage as a precaution and to give our clients peace of mind.

3. Can you help me with my insurance claim?

While there are certain steps that you must take without us, we are happy to guide you through the insurance claim maze and to carry as much of the burden as we are allowed. We try to make this process as simple as possible for you so that you can get on with your life while we solve any problems your roof has.

4. Are you local?

Yes! We are based out of West Chester, PA and serve about a 40-mile radius around there, including Exton, Coatesville and Oxford.

5. Can I easily contact you with questions?

6. Will you provide references upon request?
